1. Our Products

Kitz Treatz offers a range of handcrafted products including:

• Custom celebration and wedding cakes

• Postal cakes and treat boxes

• Cake kits

• Alcohol-infused products (including Lily’s Blend)

All items are made to order with care, precision, and attention to detail.

 

2. Custom Cake Design

This section applies to custom cake orders only.

Each cake is uniquely designed and handmade. Where reference images are provided, they will be used as inspiration only.

• Exact replication is not guaranteed

• Colours, finishes, and decorative elements may vary slightly

• Certain designs may be restricted due to copyright

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these creative variations.

 

3. Tastings (Wedding Cakes Only)

Tastings are available exclusively for wedding cake orders.

• Up to 6 flavours may be selected

• A £20 fee applies

• This will be deducted from your final balance upon booking

 

4. Portion Sizes

Portion sizes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on:

• Cake design and structure

• Cutting method

Cake cutting guides are available upon request (excluding carved designs).

 

5. Custom Cake Orders & Notice Period

This section applies to custom cake orders only.

• Celebration cakes require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice

• Wedding cakes require a minimum of 1 month’s notice

Short-notice orders may be accepted at our discretion and may incur an additional fee.

 

6. Deposits & Payments

• Orders are not confirmed until a deposit has been received

• Quotes are valid for 48 hours only

Deposit requirements:

• Celebration cakes: 50% non-refundable deposit

• Wedding cakes: 60% non-refundable deposit

Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to fulfilment.

❗ No order will be completed, dispatched, or delivered without full payment.

 

7. Design Changes

All order details should be checked carefully before confirmation.

• Changes may be accepted at our discretion

• Additional charges may apply

• Changes may be restricted closer to the fulfilment date

 

8. Change of Date

Requests to reschedule will be accommodated where possible but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

 

9. Product Care

All products must be stored and handled according to the guidance provided.

Kitz Treatz is not responsible for any damage or deterioration caused after delivery due to handling, storage, or environmental conditions.

 

10. Non-Edible Decorations

Some products may contain non-edible elements such as dowels, wires, or decorative supports.

It is the customer’s responsibility to remove these before serving.

 

11. Alcohol Products

Products containing alcohol:

• Are not cooked off

• Are strictly for customers aged 18+

By purchasing, you confirm you meet the legal age requirement.

 

12. Complaints

Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of delivery and supported with clear photographic evidence.

All issues will be reviewed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

 

13. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and branding remain the property of Kitz Treatz and must not be reproduced without permission.

 

14. Photography & Marketing

Kitz Treatz reserves the right to photograph all products and use images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

 

15. Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions and associated policies.
