🎂Custom Cakes
How far in advance should I order a custom cake?
We recommend at least 1 month’s notice for celebration cakes and 2 months for wedding cakes. Late orders may be accepted depending on availability.
Can you recreate a cake I’ve seen online?
We can create a design inspired by your reference image, however all cakes are made as interpretations, not exact replicas.
Can I make changes to my order after booking?
Changes may be possible depending on notice and availability. Additional charges may apply.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes, tastings are available for wedding cake orders only and include up to 6 flavours.
📦 Postal Cakes & Treat Boxes
How are postal cakes packaged?
All postal items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in the best possible condition.
Can I get a refund on postal orders?
Due to the nature of food products, postal items are non-returnable. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Do your jars contain alcohol?
Yes, our Lily’s Blend jars contain alcohol which is not cooked off.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes, these products are strictly for customers aged 18 and over.

Do cake kits come with instructions?
Yes, all cake kits include instructions to help you achieve the best results.
Can I return a cake kit?
Cake kits may be returned if unused and in original condition within 14 days (see Refund Policy for full details).

Do you offer collection?
No, we currently operate a delivery-only service.
Do you deliver outside your area?
Yes, delivery is available beyond our local area for an additional fee depending on distance.

How long do your cakes last?
For best quality, we recommend consuming cakes within 24–48 hours.
What happens if there is an issue with my order?
