DELIVERY AREA

Celebration cake delivery is available within approximately 15 miles, based on postcode zones.

• Up to 3 miles — Free
• 3–6 miles — £6
• 6–9 miles — £10
• 9–12 miles — £14
• 12–15 miles — £18

Your delivery charge is calculated at checkout using your delivery postcode. Postcode bands are an approximate guide to distance. Postal products use the shipping options shown at checkout.

BOLT DELIVERIES — AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Require a Bolt delivery? Place your order and confirm your preferred time slot with Kitz Treatz. Once the time has been agreed, book your Bolt and send us the booking confirmation and driver details. You can then track the journey and watch your order arrive smoothly.

Bolt deliveries must be agreed with Kitz Treatz in advance and are arranged by the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES

Celebration cake delivery slots are available Monday to Friday, 4pm–8pm; Saturday, 11am–8pm; and Sunday, 11am–5pm. Orders require at least 14 days’ notice.

Delivery times must be arranged in advance. While we aim to deliver within the agreed time slot, minor delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Please ensure:
• Delivery details are accurate
• Someone is available to receive the order

If no one is available:
• A waiting fee of £10 per 15 minutes will apply
• After 15 minutes, the order will be returned
• Redelivery charges will apply

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer error, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

CONDITION OF PRODUCTS

All products leave Kitz Treatz in excellent condition. Photographic evidence may be taken prior to handover. Once delivery has been completed and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

SET-UP & ENVIRONMENT

The customer or venue must provide:
• A stable, level surface
• A suitable environment that is cool and away from heat and direct sunlight

Kitz Treatz is not responsible for damage caused after delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• We are not liable for damage after delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information
• We reserve the right to refuse delivery if conditions are unsafe

In such cases, the order will be considered fulfilled.
