​Delivery Area

• Delivery is available within 3 miles free of charge

• Additional distances are charged per mile

• Long-distance deliveries are calculated based on fuel costs

• Final delivery fees are confirmed at booking

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times must be arranged in advance.

While we aim to deliver within the agreed time slot, minor delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure:

• Delivery details are accurate

• Someone is available to receive the order

If no one is available:

• A waiting fee of £10 per 15 minutes will apply

• After 15 minutes, the order will be returned

• Redelivery charges will apply

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer error, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

 

Condition of Products

All products leave Kitz Treatz in excellent condition.

Photographic evidence may be taken prior to handover.

Once delivery has been completed and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

 

Set-Up & Environment

The customer or venue must provide:

• A stable, level surface

• A suitable environment (cool, away from heat and direct sunlight)

Kitz Treatz is not responsible for damage caused after delivery.

• We are not liable for damage after delivery

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information

• We reserve the right to refuse delivery if conditions are unsafe

In such cases, the order will be considered fulfilled.
